My first car was a 10-wheeler. It was a 1973 GMC 1/2 ton pickup truck with tandem dual wheels. My dad built this beast to haul limestone fill home from his work. He hit a deer with his daily driver and picked up this beater for $500 while waiting for the other truck to get fixed. He like having the old truck around, and started tackling bigger projects.
